Mumbai Stamp Requirements Letter to Organiser
Thankyou for inviting/confirming “Taufiq Qureshi’s MUMBAI STAMP” for the concert. As per our telecon, here are the details regarding the requirement from us.
As regards travel, one club class for Taufiq ji and 6 economy class tickets for the band members on the same flight.
One non sharing doubleroom for Taufiq ji and 3 double occupancy rooms for the rest at a five star accomodation. Organiser should settle the hotel bills directly and in time to avoid any inconvenience. Hotel stay will include Food and Beverages Bills and telephone calls made to the organisers.
One luxury Air Conditioned car like Honda/Corolla.. for Taufiq ji and 3 big AC cars/vehicles like Innova or Scorpio for the music gear and the band members, for airport pick up and drop and to and fro, from hotel to concert venue. The same kind of luxury car mentioned above should be made available at Taufiqji’s disposal for the entire stay.
Any excess baggage incurred has to be reimbursed in actuals by the organiser.
(If destination is road travel from Mumbai for example Pune, Nashik… we require: Three big air conditioned vehicles Scorpio/ Innova to carry the music gear and another air conditioned luxury car like Honda/Corolla... or so for Taufiq ji. (Do keep a provision that, Taufiq ji with his band may want to leave for Mumbai after the concert, only a possibility-- )
In case of Corporate or Sponsored concerts, please request and inform the client that service of food and beverages should be after the concert. Kindly do not allow F&B SERVICE during the concert as it is disrespectful towards the artiste and his music and also leads to a commotion.
It is a standard practice to take 30% amount as advance to confirm the date and complete a 50% amt advance at least 21 days prior to the show and the balance before or on the day of the show prior to the concert. Performance fees as discussed and fixed on booking.
Kindly note that any kind of audio or video recording of the performance is not permitted. If there is any query regarding the same please discuss it with me, well in advance, so that we can arrive at a mutually suitable decision.

Requirements Letter to Organiser
Thankyou for inviting/confirming Taufiq Qureshi for the concert. As per our telecon / email, here are the details regarding the requirement from us.
For concerts out of Mumbai, One business class ticket for Taufiq ji and one economy class on the same flight for Taufiqji's roadie. The option of altering the flight timing, roadie’s name, etc if required, should be open to us, so please book tickets accordingly. Any excess baggage incurred has to be reimbursed in actuals in cash by the organiser.
For airport pick up and drop a big car like Scorpio/Innova or so is required for the music gear and another luxury air-conditioned car like Honda/Corolla or so...for
Taufiq ji. The same kind of luxury car mentioned above should be made available at Taufiqji’s disposal for the entire stay.

Taufiq ji will have to be put up in a double room, non-sharing at a five star accomodation. His roadies can be put up in another room on a sharing basis. Organiser should settle the hotel bills directly and in time to avoid any inconvenience. Hotel stay will include Food and Beverages Bills and telephone calls made to the organisers.
Please allow 1 hr for set up and 2 hrs minimum for sound check.

Technical Rider For Taufiq Qureshi
- Taufiq ji :- 10 mikes (1 mike B-52 for kick drum, rest all SM 57 &58)
2 lineouts
2 stage monitors (one in front of Taufiq and one behind Taufiq)
1 floor carpet approximately 10 feet by 10 feet,
- Please allow 3 hrs for Setup and Sound check.
- Please do not shift Taufiq’s gear once set up as it will disturb the instrument- stands, and the mikes.
- Taufiq ji’s set up must not be on a riser.
- From the audience view he should be on the Left Hand Side of the stage or as discussed previously.
- Please provide snacks, hot and cold beverages and bottled mineral water at the venue for sound check for Taufiq ji and his staff and the band members.
In case of the concert being held in a five star hotel in Mumbai, Taufiq ji would require a room at the same hotel, at the time of sound check and before the concert. Any Food&Beverage Bill at such time should be settled by the organizer.
- If it is an outdoor venue not in the hotel complex, then kindly arrange for an air conditioned greenroom with an attached bathroom/toilet at the venue.
- Taufiq ji would require a clear one-hour, barring travel time, to get ready for the concert, after the sound check. The organisers are required to bear this in mind while finalizing event details.
- In addition (to the above) For Mumbai Stamp Band Members:-

- The Mumbai Stamp members would require 2 air conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms at the venue to freshen up, change, etc. after sound check; before the concert.

- PLEASE DO NOT SHIFT Taufiq ji’s gear once set up as it will disturb the instrument- stands, and the mikes.
- Taufiq ji’s set up must not be on a riser.
- From the audience view he should be on the Left Hand Side of the stage (that is to the Right Hand Side on the stage)
- In case of the concert being held in a five star hotel in Mumbai, Taufiq ji would require a room at the same hotel, at the time of sound check and before the concert. Any Food&Beverage Bill at such time should be paid by the organizer.
